Return & Refund Policy

1. Items sold are carefully checked before sending out. Therefore if buyers are still unsatisfied with the items, buyers can request for a refund via email.
2. A full refund(not including the postage fees), will be given back to buyers only if :
- item is still NEW
- item is in 100% good condition
- packaging is not opened
......else refund will be rejected!
3. Refund policy is only available within 5 working days starting from the date of delivery.
4. Buyers will have to bear the return postage costs.
5. Buyers will take full responsibility on damaged/lost items during the return shipment.
6. Meeting up is also possible but in the COD locations only.
